Our speaker at the June Lunch & Learn will be Dr. Brad Smith (COL US Army Retired), former Commander at Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center and John Weathersby, founder and director of the Open Technology Center at Camp Shelby.  They will present information on current and future activities at Camp Shelby, located near Hattiesburg, MS.  Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center is one of the nation’s largest, state-owned/operated military post supporting the Army National Guard as well as all other branches of US Military, public safety and law enforcement entities.

Topics will include business/contracting opportunities at the installation, use of their airspace by unmanned vehicle systems, and strategic collaborations.

Please register for this event no later than noon on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 in order to ensure that we have an accurate count for the lunch.

You will have the choice when registering to bring a brown bag lunch or sign up for the $15.00 lunch that will be provided, payable at the door via check or cash.

By registering for the $15.00 provided lunch, you are making a commitment. If your attendance plans change please notify Belinda Gill at 228-688-3144 or by June 16 so the food order can be modified. Those that register and do not give a cancellation notice by this date will be invoiced for the registration cost.
